How do I cancel an order?
You will not be able to cancel an order if it has shipped. You may e-mail us with your order # to check on the shipment status. If your order has not shipped, then we will be happy to cancel the order and we will notify you via e-mail of the action taken. Otherwise, you will have to return the product unopened. See Terms of Sale for more details.
